Admission 2018: Caitlin Teed

The electricity went out in the whole city at the conference Caitlin Teed was helping to host.

There are few things more stressful than eager attendees waiting around with no lights, no amplification, and no end in sight. However, because of the way Shopify builds its community, the show still went on, and the audience was still delighted with their experience. 

Caitlin recently told the whole story when she spoke at our first conference, Admission. 

She shared how they built such a tight-knit community and, even in times of trouble, how they keep it together and help it grow.
