Limit tickets to one per unique email address
We've just released a beta feature allowing organisers to limit tickets to one per email address.
Folks can still buy multiple tickets, but with this feature enabled, each ticket will need to be assigned to someone different.
Whether you want to avoid duplicate registrations and ensure fair access for all attendees, or you're working with a third-party app like Swapcard that requires each ticket holder to have a unique email address, we hope this change will make it easier for organisers to track attendance and help minimise administrative overhead.
